What is it like to live in Ciutadella all year round?
It is a city alive twelve months a year: local shops, the market, social life in the old town and full services. It is about 45 minutes by car from Maó and the airport, worth considering if you travel very frequently.
Which beaches are close to Ciutadella?
The developed ones of the west — Cala en Bosch, Son Xoriguer, Cala en Blanes — are under fifteen minutes away, and the unspoilt southern ones, such as Son Saura or Cala en Turqueta, barely half an hour. Few cities let you combine an old town and coves like this.
